Post Office Area Manager

As a Post Office Area Manager you will be required to lead and motivate a team of Post Office and Relief Managers. You will actively ensure our Post Offices operate to the highest possible standards of profit and customer service.

Your main responsibilities will be to work to agreed budgets and ensure that all KPI's are met, promote a sales environment by encouraging staff to promote products, ensure all paperwork is accurate and investigate any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and training of all new staff.
